Best Rate Guarantee

Our price guarantee at The Bayswater Inn Hotel means that we always have the lowest rates available on our official website. However, if you do happen to find the same room type, for the same number of guests, same duration and dates at The Bayswater Inn Hotel at a lower rate on a different site; please let us know. You can call us on +44 (0) 2077278621 within 24 hours of booking to submit a claim. We will then match the rate and give you an additional 10% off your booking (T&C’s apply).

Once the competitive rate has been confirmed, subject to room availability we will match the rate as well as adding an additional 10% discount – subject to the following terms:

1. The claim must be submitted on through our claim form on our official website within 24 hours of making the reservation.

2. The competitive rate must be currently available at the lower price on the publicised to be valid. It must be the same number of guests, the same dates of stay, same length of stay, same terms, the same currency and include the same additional value-added amenities.

3. This best rate guarantee only applies to room rate for the duration of the booking and does not apply to taxes, guest incidentals, food and drink or any other charge.

4. If you booked an advanced purchase rate and then you discover lower competing rates on another site that meet the T&C’s stated here, we will offer you a full refund on the amount originally charged to your credit card and instead charge full stay at the new lower rate.

5. We will convert any competing rate to any currency and we can deny any claims where it is determined that the difference in rate is due to rate fluctuations.

6. We will include booking fees, extra adult fees and feed for children will be included in the rate comparison. Taxes and mandatory charges will be excluded.

7. We can amend this guarantee at any time without any prior notice.

8. With a package deal, the guarantee applies when it’s the same amenities, benefits, property, room type, number of guests, same dates of stay, same terms and currency.

9. We reserve the right to verify all claims. We must verify all aspects of the claim, and we will not accept any screenshots/documentation of lower prices that are provided by 3rd party websites – this is as they can be easily manipulated.

10. Bayswater Inn Hotel reserves the right to discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee at any time with no given notice. The Best Rate Guarantee terms and conditions in effect when you make your booking will be applicable.

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to the following:

1. Any unpublished, negotiated rates such as travel agency rates, group rates, corporate discounts or any other rates that have been pre-agreed by Bayswater Inn Hotel and are not publicly available.

2. Any qualified discount rates including any senior citizen discounts.

3. No package rates that include a combination of room and airfare, hotel stay and car rental or any other combinations.

4. Any rates that are offered on-request basis that do not provide immediate booking confirmations.

5. Any mystery bookings, this is when the booking details are unknown until a booking is made.
